These Terms and Conditions will apply to the sale of goods by MandaThePanda.

These are the terms on which we sell all Goods to you. It is important that you read and agree to these terms before completing your order, they are important to both parties as they set out what we expect from each other.

About you:

You can only purchase the Goods from the Website if:

you are eligible to enter into a contract and are at least 16 years old.
have a credit or debit card we accept and
have authorisation to use that credit or debit card (e.g it is in your name or you have permissions to use it)

Placing your order:

Once your order has been placed you should receive an acknowledgement by email to confirm receipt of your order.

We will then carry out a pre-authorisation check to ensure there are sufficient funds available on the card used for payment.

We will only accept your order once payment has been approved and we have debited the payment card. It is at this time when the contract is made based on the terms set and agreed.

You are able to cancel but not change your order within a short period of time of ordering, this will depend on your chosen delivery methods, details of this will be confirmed in your order acknowledgement.

You are unable to change your order once confirmed, you will need to either cancel your order before dispatch, or you will be required to return the original items and re-order.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price, should there be any concerns or if you have any questions about an order, price, postage or service please don’t hesitate to contact customer services.

If we identify any issues with an order placed, we will make contact with you ASAP to advise.

Prices and product descriptions:

Our Prices may change at any time but these changes will not affect any Orders that We have already accepted.

We have made every reasonable effort to ensure that our prices as shown on this site are correct. Prices will be checked when we process your order.

Delivery:

Before you complete your order various delivery options will be presented, these will show estimated delivery times and dates depending upon the delivery address provided.

We work very hard to ensure that all deliveries reach you within the estimated times, however delays are always possible, should any delays occur we will make every attempt to contact you and keep you updated.
